1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to visi4d, accessible at https://visi4d.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to visi4d and its operators.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account created by registering on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, casino, and related services offered through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your Account with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately.

You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory and security obligations, we require all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion.

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is completed. We reserve the right to close unverified Accounts or Accounts for which verification documents cannot be authenticated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods available on the Platform, which include Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. We reserve the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and may request source-of-funds documentation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

visi4d may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotional materials.

Bonuses are granted at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to Account closure.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we suspect fraud or violation of bonus terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. visi4d is not responsible for errors in bet placement caused by user error.

We reserve the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• If a technical error results in incorrect odds or game outcomes.
• If the event is canceled, postponed, or does not take place as scheduled.
• If the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• If we detect fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of automated betting systems (bots).

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a postponement, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets will be voided.
• Settlement of bets is based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., extra time, penalty shootouts).

6.3 Casino Games

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software errors or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple Accounts or engaging in irregular betting patterns.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or through VPN/proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

visi4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a way to make money.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period (6 months, 1 year, indefinitely).

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the visi4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of visi4d or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Prolonged inactivity (Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to dormancy fees).

Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed to visi4d, provided all verification requirements have been met.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining Balance within 30 days, after which the Account will be permanently deactivated.

12. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter through formal channels as specified in our Complaints Policy. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the occurrence giving rise to the dispute.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which visi4d is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws in your jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement
